Please review our rental criteria before applying. All applicants 18+ must complete an application, pay the application fee, and be listed as leaseholders.

 

Income Requirements

  • Must earn 2.5x the monthly rent.
  • Provide income history.
  • Proof of income is required.
  • Variable income requires notarized documentation.
 

Rental History

  • Verifying rental history is part of the screening process.
  • Evictions, late payments, or judgments may result in denial.
  • Owing other communities requires proof of full payment.
 

Pet Policy

  • Max 2 pets.
  • Pet fees apply.
  • Pet restrictions may apply.
 

Criminal Background

  • Criminal screening required for all 18+.
  • The criminal screening will consider felony and misdemeanors convictions.
 

Additional Requirements

  • Falsifying application information will result in denial.
  • Proof of utility service required before move-in.
  • Renter's insurance ($100,000 liability) is mandatory.
 

Credit Screening

  • Processed by a third party.
  • Unsatisfactory credit may result in denial.
  • You'll receive an Adverse Action Letter if denied.

Washer/dyer connections are in all units except our uptown unit. We do have a laundry area as well for your convenience.

We offer a wide variety of unfurnished apartments and are happy to discuss options.

At the District apartments we do not offer a dog park. However, there are assigned areas for you and your pet to enjoy.

We do offer units that overlook the pool area. We also have a gym on site.

The District apartments offer unassigned parking spaces in a gated community.

Maintenance

We love when our residents decorate their apartments! However we do not allow certain redecorations of the apartment without penalties, so please contact us for more details.

You'll submit a ticket and maintenance will address it within 24hrs.
