We love when our residents decorate their apartments! However we do not allow certain redecorations of the apartment without penalties, so please contact us for more details.
Yes, pest control, water/sewer/trash, valet, and a community maintenance fee.
Our apartments do not include utilities.
You'll submit a ticket and maintenance will address it within 24hrs.
You are invited to a resident portal account, and from there you can attach a debit or credit card.
At the District apartments we do not offer a dog park. However, there are assigned areas for you and your pet to enjoy.

At the District apartments, all of our units are pet friendly.
We do offer units that overlook the pool area. We also have a gym on site.
The District Apartments are located in the heart of Memphis, only 20 mins from our downtown area.
